We take the time to understand how you like to travel, what matters most to you, and what kind of experience you’re hoping to have. From there, we'll design a personalized itinerary that gives you a clear, thoughtful direction for your trip.

How It Works

A streamlined process from first conversation to final itinerary

Intake Form

Fill out a detailed questionnaire about your travel dates, destination, interests, budget, pace preferences, and overall trip priorities.

Book your Custom Itinerary Design

Once we've reviewed your form and confirmed fit, you will receive an email with the invoice and next steps (including a free optional 30-minute discovery call). Your itinerary design begins once payment is received.

Design Period

We'll spend 10-14 days thoughtfully researching, curating, and crafting your personalized itinerary based on your preferences.

Itinerary First-Draft Delivery

You'll receive a first draft of your itinerary to review. This gives you an opportunity to react to the overall flow, recommendations, and style before anything is finalized.

Refinement Period

You'll have the opportunity to share feedback and request revisions so the itinerary feels aligned with what you're envisioning.

Receive your Final Itinerary

You'll receive a polished final itinerary with recommendations, planning notes, and next steps. Make your own bookings with confidence, knowing every detail has been thoughtfully planned.

The base model of this service provides planning and recommendations, while you maintain full control over your bookings and schedule. Unless otherwise arranged, all bookings are made directly by the client. Optional booking support may be available for select trips once your itinerary is finalized.

Optional booking support may be available for select trips after your itinerary is finalized. This booking support is charged separately, in addition to the cost of the Custom Itinerary Design Service.
